Tell us about your professional background.  I am a Client Relationship Manager at Brooks Financial Group

Why did you choose to get involved with Building for God Community Foundation? 

I have volunteered at the Community Cup golf tournament as well as the Celebration. I was honored to join the Board of Governors in 2016 and was active in the planning of the two events. I was also on the committee for the Champion in Life (CIL) applicants. It was truly rewarding to be involved in the process and to learn about the individuals and their missions.

I have known Karen and Michael for 30 plus years and we have raised our families together. It is truly gratifying to see the vision become reality and I am excited to be involved in the future planning. Luke1:37 "For with God nothing shall be impossible."

In what ways are you connected to the community?  I was born and raised in Baltimore. Our sons attended Calvert Hall and Church of the Nativity during their high school years and I was an active volunteer. 

Is there any other information or fond BFGCF memories you’d like to share? The Foundation supports so many organizations and we always have the opportunity to participate. I attended one of the Foundation's classroom dedication and it was a memorable experience to see the vibrant classroom and the children full of excitement. I also attended Maryvale for a student presentation on Visedel, which was wonderful.
