Come one, come all to the greatest Champion in Life Celebration on Earth!
…And that is precisely what happened! This year’s Champion in Life Celebration took place in-person, Under The Big Tent! Guests couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous evening and beautiful setting by the gracious hosts, Tom and Kingsley Mooney. Over 100 attendees and honored guests from various local nonprofits enjoyed an evening filled with good music, games, raffles, and delicious food and drinks!

The Champion in Life Celebration serves as an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of some great local charities, recognizing them with our Champion in Life Grant Award.
The 2022 Champion in Life Grant Award recipients are…The Red Devils and The Agoge Project!
Top representatives from both organizations were present to accept the awards and speak about their organization’s mission and the Foundation’s impact. It is always a truly special event to be present for – to witness how engaged the charities are with the Foundation’s supporters as they discuss their purpose and learn more about the impact they have on the community.

The commitment from members of The Perseverando Society helps to support our Champions in Life, and provides the funds needed for our grant award recipients through the members’ recurring financial gifts!

At the Celebration, our founder and chairman, Michael Brooks, had the distinct honor of not only speaking about our newest Champions in Life, but also about the Foundation’s mission and the history and meaning behind The Perseverando Society, which recognizes the generosity of the Foundation’s greatest supporters. Its members are not defined by how much they give, but by their dedication.
